IT Service Manager- Central MA Base salary $90k plus and incentive

Full Charge Bookkeeper 30 hours- $24,960- $32,760 Worcester area

5-10 years of full charge bookkeeping needed. Multi million dollar successful distribution company seeks a part time person to do full charge bookkeeping on QuickBooks and varied office/administrative duties for a top executive. The person wears several hats in this role and does the full charge bookkeeping, runs various reports on Excel, administers payroll, and all bookkeeping functions including a/p, a/r, bank reconciliations, etc. up to and including trial balance and quarterly financial statements. Being computer and software savvy is important.

Culture is professional but casual. Company is well established and has been around for over 23 years. Company pays for good performance and strong work ethics. Ability to work independently and also to interface with the company CPA is a must. If the person has assisted the year end closing process that would be a plus.
